Design Concept
The village concept is designed by Modo Architects.  The design concept allows for 4 options/types.

Three of the four types provides 2-bedroom en-suite homes with single garages, an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, and an enclosed patio with braai. The fourth type offers a 3-bedroom with similar features. There are a range of optional extras ranging from double garages to plunge pools.

Timeline
The construction of the first 5 homes have started. The typical build period is 8 months, then 2 months for finals. Owners can expect occupation after 10 months.
