A brand new addition post Covid is the development of small summerhouses or cabins. These bolthole cabins are set on 1200m2 full title stands and are compact in design, to allow owners ownership on the estate in a designer yet affordable home.

There are 5 precincts in Romansbaai. Each has a few distinct characteristics influenced by position, access to the beach and views. OrangeCircle has thus embarked on developing products specific to each precinct, to offer a spread of price points. The prices are for the completed home inclusive of the stand and Vat.
Prices start under R2m for cabins and range to R11.5m for the top end beach villa.
